Darren Chupp - Founder & CEO
Our humble leader, Darren is the Founder of Covermore and has been an entrepreneur at heart most of his life. He currently owns and manages 3 successful companies (Covermore, Chupp Industrial and The Lift Bros.). Darren leads by example and sets the bar pretty high in how to treat people with kindness, patience, dignity and respect, while always doing what is right for our customers. Darren previously worked for 15 years at Oklahoma Gas & Electric as a Plant Electrician. He graduated from Oklahoma State University of Technology with an Associate of Science. Darren lives in Chouteau, OK with his wife and two children.
Shonda Chupp - Co-Founder & Operations Consultant
Wife to Darren, Shonda has been the backbone and support to all of Darren's entrepreneurial ventures for nearly 20 years! Shonda works closely with Darren to identify problems, implement solutions and assists with both short-term and long-term strategic planning.
An RN by trade, Shonda graduated from Rogers State University.
April Stafford - Business Development Manager
Friendly, driven and analytical, April has a passion for driving business growth and developing strategies to improve business performance and brand awareness. She is involved in all operations including customer service, inventory management, sales & marketing, and shipping logistics.
April graduated from Northeastern State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice - Paralegal Emphasis.
She lives in Mayes County, OK, near Lake Hudson.
Makayla Petree - Executive Admin Assistant
Joining our team in 2023, Makayla comes from a 7 year customer service, and real estate background. She is always up for a new challenge. Makayla currently holds an Oklahoma Real Estate License and majored in Elementary Education and Business in Accounting in college.
Originally from Shattuck, OK, she currently resides in Pryor, OK, loves spending time with her fiance, family, and her dogs.
Rhoda Wolfer - Senior Administrative Specialist
Rhoda is outgoing and detail-oriented. Managing a wide variety of marketing and administrative functions, she has been a valuable team player here at Covermore since August of 2020. Rhoda has numerous years of experience in working with the public, specifically in the areas of sales and customer service.
Rhoda graduated from Northeastern State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work.
She currently lives in North Carolina with her husband and 2 children.
Nathan Graham - Freight Operations Supervisor
Nathan has been with Covermore since September 2024 and brings various valuable skillsets to the team from his extensive background of 20+ years of framing/remodeling, and 12 years of mechanical maintenance. Nathan is a volunteer firefighter and first responder. He is a proud father to 5 kids and a blessed PaPa for his grandkids. "I am looking forward to using my knowledge and skills to be part of the continuing growth of Covermore". -Nathan
Sparkles - Head Greeter
IN LOVING MEMORY 2012-2024
Sparkles is a 10 year old, Alaskan Malamute/Pyrenees mix. She loves to greet all our customers and truck drivers and is quite the talker. When not greeting customers or visiting with the staff, you will find her relaxing in the shade in the summer and playing in the snow in the winter (her favorite season). She loves getting treats and coming into the offices to “protect us” when it storms.
